Hilda Ramirez (Latino Education Institute) recently was appointed to the board of Mass Humanities by Governor Charlie Baker.
The board focuses on conducting and supporting programs that emphasize the use of the humanity disciplines to enhance and improve civic life in Massachusetts.
In her role, she will be responsible for reviewing grant proposals, promoting the work of the foundation, and planning special initiatives to assess the impact of foundation programs.
