Weichu Xu (Chemistry) recently presented an invited talk at the University Of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, titled “Discovery and Development of GLS362E, an anti-CDiff drug.”
He discussed his discoveries of the novel anti-CDiff drug and that the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine is investigating the role of the ubiquitin-proteasome system in the pathogenesis of lung diseases.
Xu’s expertise in chemical synthesis and drug development will be beneficial for their research projects.
